Are passengers allowed on the AutoX?

Are we allowed to take passengers on the AutoX portion of the RTTS event this year? Last year passengers were not allowed but it seems some of the other events since have been allowing passengers so now im confused.:confused:

Passengers are allowed... please refer to our 'Rules', so that you are aware of the stipulations.
