RTTC – Run To The Coast

American Street Car Series is super excited to announce our fourth annual Run to The Coast!  Just as last year, the event will be held at the vacated El Toro Marine Corps Air Station, in Irvine, California (February 22-24, 2013).  Bright and early Saturday and Saturday mornings, you will be hit with two full days that will include: autocross, speedstop challenge, and an intense road course. We ask that you be at the track no later than 7:30am, so that we can perform all tech/safety inspections.

Our great friends at  TCI will be providing lunch on both Saturday and Sunday. Big shout out and thanks to Sal, Jason, and all of the guys at Total Cost Involved Engineering!!

On Thursday, Feb. 21st, we will watch the Series Premier of ‘Are You Faster Than a Redneck?’ at JT SCHMID’s Restaurant and Brewery. It will start at 7pm!  Their address is: 2415 Park Avenue, Tustin, CA.

On Friday, we will have our Annual Cruise/Dinner.

ASCS looks forward to seeing everyone at RTTC.  Last year’s event was a huge success, and everyone had a great time. It is nice to bring our East Coast event to the West Coast and to see our passion grow and expand across the entire United States.

We do not care what year/make/model of car you bring to any of our events, although we prefer American muscle cars.  As you know, ASCS was created to bring like-minded people getting together to chat and fellowship about our sport.  ASCS strongly encourages you to meet more people who enjoy the hobby; we feel that life-long friendships and networking is more important than competing and winning; therefore, bring whatever car makes you feel comfortable and enables you to have the most fun.

If you have never been to Run to the Coast, here are a few pictures of previous events there.
